exploring the magical lake of LLangorse
Most of you have probably never heard of the little Village of Llangorse (that's okay neither had i before last week). Me and my boyfriend decided that we needed to stop being sloth's around the house and get out and do something. So one night of camping became the plan! after searching and searching for camp site's online we found this little magical place called Llangorse Lake that's situated in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Wales.
pinafore galore
So if you know me you will know that I am utterly obsessed with the classic pinafore, and I am SO happy that they have come back into fashion these past few months (hopefully as are you, if you're reading this post). And I love them so much that yes, this whole post is dedicated to them. Now okay I will admit that sometimes I do feel a bit stupid, you know being nineteen and walking round in a pinafore which traditionally is probably something you grew up wearing in primary school. But hey, us fashion lovers are working hard on making them totally cool again. So in this post I'll be showing off three different pinafore looks that I am absolutely loving! And get comfortable this is a bit of a long one..
A day with nature
Nature; Who doesn't love it? certainly not me.
There's something so calming and refreshing about being out in the middle of
nowhere surrounded by beautiful landscapes, especially when there are beautiful
creatures involved. Unless you're not an insect kind of person, in that case..
you're strange. No no I'm joking of course, everybody has their likes and
dislikes and that's totally okay! Anyway, the other day I visited this
beautiful nature reserve owned by the RSPB called Newport Wetlands, in fact
this was my second time visiting this location because it's so damn beautiful.
My little happy place
If you're anything like me then I'm sure you have one or two personal 'happy places'. A happy place? Basically where you go to find that sense of escape. That simple little place to think, possibly to have a few minutes or even hours to yourself. Most peoples happy place's are usually the beach, or a little park. In my case, the gardens of a grand old historian mansion. The official name of these gardens is Insole court, now not many people actually know of these gardens. That there is my favorite part about it as I know that when visit it will usually be just me and one or two dog walkers, and come on who doesn't love dogs?
The beautiful city of Barcelona
Back in July 2015, I visited Barcelona with some friends for our end of sixth form holiday. Yes i know, not the usual Zante/Ibiza but it was most definitely worth it. First of all the city surprised us simply by the stunning views, as these following pictures were the view from the ninth floor of our hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights in The Hotel Barcelona princess in Sant Marti, which btw I would totally recommend. Beautiful views and just a five minute walk from the beach, what more do you want?
