Miracle skin oil - review
If you're as new to the concept of natural skin care as I am, then this might just be the blog post for you. I am here to share my experience of using one of the newly launched Wild source apothecary products with you. So if you're suffering with some tired and dry skin over these next few winter months you may want to read more about this, giving you an insight into what its all about and where you can get your hands on it.
Chelsea candle rambles
In this post I am here to talk to you all about a candle, but not just a candle.. a Chelseacandleco candle.. (Now you'd be lying if the Marks & Spencer catchphrase didn't come into your mind, now I'm sorry its no M&S product but trust me its pretty damn close). Admittedly I'm slightly excited, well I say slightly but I am very excited... Now I've never really been one for getting enthusiastic and excited about little home furnishings, that was until I moved to university... And whilst moving away from home I realised that finding anything that makes your new room even just that little bit cosier can make the world of difference. Anything from a cosy bed throw, all the way down to yes.. a candle.
The Bristol Harbour Hotel and Spa
In the past week of my little blogging adventure I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity of exploring The Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa. This was a launch event for their new line of products that will be arriving within the next month or so, and as part of this we were quite literally treated like royalty. Gorgeous canapes, Christmas pud cocktails, Oh.. and did I mention a complimentary mini treatment? Needless to say it was an incredible night, a night where I was blown away and officially fell in love with a hotel.
JULY REFLECTIONS - NEW HOUSE, ANXIETY AND blogging
From what I can recall I don't think I've yet dived into the world of reflection posts before, but July has been a pretty big month for me. So here's my little blog post that I am out to use as my little thinking space, to share the exciting (and the not so exciting) things that have happened in the past month..
Egosketch - collaboration & review
About a week or two ago I was approached by the lovely little brand Ego Sketch, now admittedly I'd never heard of them before but I was very excited to do a little research into who they are and what they do.. They're a little company based in the Netherlands, that create phone and tablet cases. Not only do they give you a choice of designs that are available on their site, but they give you the opportunity to put your own mark on them by the power of customisation. (Now before I get stuck in, this is NOT a paid collaboration therefor all opinions & review comments are my own and have not been influenced)
My first year experience - UNI

Now when you think of university what are the first things that spring to mind? Parties? Alcohol? Sex, drugs, rock & roll? wow that sounded like a dad joke, I do apologise. But here’s a first year reflection from myself, one of the maybe two or three percent of students that actually go there for the education.. geek alert, but who cares. I mean yes I did the whole going out every night for a week in freshers but in between that and a few nights out here and there I retired to my bed and opted for slippers and a warm cuppa, or two.. or five. So here’s a reflection looking back on life as a first year from a possible slight different perspective.

5 reasons why I love photography and why you should give it a go..
Out of all the hobbies I've ever had I feel that photography has always been the main one that has stuck with me. In the last few months the possibility of an on the side career of photography has become more realistic. There's so much that can be done with a good camera, and lets be honest having photos taken is never going to go out of fashion. Its what keeps memories going and past souls with you.. Its not just a hobby its an art..
Monday strolls bring monday thoughts
So today I am doing something a little chatty, something a little
personal and in general something simply a little different. This is me writing
a post to myself, reflecting on those lessons that I have learnt and those new
life goals that I have created, so just a heads up you may want to sit down
with a cuppa it may be a bit of a long one (but don’t worry I promise not to
share my whole life story, just some of it…)
My love of the body shop & their fight against animal testing
During the past few weeks I've made the decision to transition to only using animal cruelty/testing free make up. And there's no better company i could think of turning to other than the body shop. Its only recently that I've truly discovered the wonders of the body shops products.. From the body wash, the foundation all the way to the matte lip liquids. I've had high hopes for all of these products and so far I can say that none of these have let me down!
Long walks & Clear minds - my experience and advice
Now I've always been a firm believer in the whole theory of long walks giving you a clear mind, but I've never truly practised this until the past few weeks at university. Coursework and exam season can be an extremely stressful time as you know, meaning that this is a crucial time to clear any unneeded stress from within your mind.
A venture around Bath with my love

Now all I'm going to say is if you haven't already been to Bath, then please visit. It's not a city that I've really thought about much before, but after my visit the other day I have totally and utterly fallen in love with it. To start they have these quirky little cafe's in the quiet back streets out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the tourists. These look like those hipster cafe's you can only dream of going to while scrolling through your instagram feed, and I bet they're still one of those places that charge you £8 for a coffee, but when they look like they do you can't really be mad. Now of course we didn't dare to go in considering that we're students literally clinging onto our money, we had to practically drag each other away from this place while trying really hard not to cry about it.
